In summer, watch out for children's falls

It is possible that in summer we say goodbye (momentarily) to colds, but if any risk comes with more force on vacation that is to be injured. Therefore, eye with children's falls in summer, since more free time, more physical activity and more risk of falling.

It is not about scaring, in fact in summer in general it is when we have a better time and children are healthier, a time conducive to exercise, to eat healthy, to spend time outdoors ... But occasionally these occur "scares" that take us to the emergency room due mainly to injuries, sprains or injuries.

That is why we must avoid reckless behavior at all times (encouraged by summer "freedom"), do not forget the safety tips in summer to prevent falls and other accidents and be attentive to children at all times, especially in swimming pools (eye to the slips, there is no need to run), on the rocky beaches ...

If we do water sports, we must follow the rules (and inform us before if we are not) and for other sports, let's not forget the safety measures (helmet, protectors ... for skates or bike ...).

In any case, we don't have to give up going swimming, running, rollerblading, cycling... or to learn some of these activities in the case of the little ones.

These are precisely the most susceptible to falls, when they are learning to walk but have already passed that stage of going hand in hand and we are less attentive to their progress. But we must prevent the danger, not protect them (neither overprotect them, we must find the balance).

But for all, young and old, the period of summer vacations is suitable for proposing physical activities that favor the development and healthy habits of outdoor sports that set aside sedentary attitudes derived from study time or being attached to the screens .

Definitely, attention to the falls of children in summer. Practice all sports and physical activity safely and do not stop having fun together, it will be an unforgettable summer but not for having to run to the hospital.
