How should a good breakfast be for school?

But in that I am quite clear, the schedules and distribution of meals are a cultural fact, the important thing is to distribute the food throughout the day in a balanced way, not to leave many hours without eating, and start the activities with energy, either with roast chicken and zucchini cream, be it with milk, muffins and apple.

Therefore, before recharging the energies well we do not do great activities, riding lessons, mathematics or the piano are always after an abundant snack.
