In summer ... fresh, light and healthy food

Fruits and vegetables are the most suitable foods in hot weather, this is due to supply of liquids and the vitamins, minerals and fibers they provide. The amount of water they contain is variable, but it certainly helps replenish the fluid and minerals we lose from sweat, helping to maintain body temperature.

In fact, the dishes we use most to cool off at this time are fresh gazpacho, cold creams, salads, natural juices of fruits and vegetables (carrot being the queen in this regard) and jellies. In addition to (of course) the intake of the great variety of seasonal fruits that we have within our reach. The body is already in charge of asking us what it needs, right?
