Breasts do not fall out of breastfeeding the baby

One of the possible reasons why a mother decides not to breastfeed her baby is the fall of the breasts, surprisingly there are cases in which the aesthetic reason prevails over that of providing the baby with the best feeding in the world. From now on, this excuse will no longer be valid for a mother to justify not breastfeeding her baby.

A research group presented by ASP (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) indicates that breastfeeding does not cause any deformation of the breasts. For the study, data were taken from 93 mothers who were pregnant one or more times, these women went to the ASP consultation to undergo breast surgery. 58% of the mothers were breastfeeding for an average of nine months to their children and indicated that their breasts had undergone a change, after thorough checks on the number of babies who were breastfed, the duration and weight that the mothers had gained as a result of pregnancy, experts concluded that these factors were not determinants for breasts falling.

However, if you determined some risk factors, such as excessive weight gain, the age of the future mother, use a bra size that does not fit your own or smoke. Breastfeeding does not cause breasts to decay, it is, according to experts, a false myth with which some mothers want to justify their refusal to provide the baby with breast milk.

The study, "Effects of breastfeeding on the aesthetics of the breasts" has allowed to eliminate one of the possible obstacles of breastfeeding, now it is only necessary that future mothers become aware and do not deny their babies the precious food, the most beneficial and indispensable for optimal development. Aesthetic issues are not a compelling argument.
